This first-floor apartment features a distinctive layout:
- Living Area: A welcoming living area provides a space to relax and unwind. Access to the loft with a double bed is via a concrete staircase.
- Loft Bedroom: A cozy loft area with a double bed offers a peaceful retreat.
- Ground Level Living Area: Another staircase leads down to the ground level, where you’ll find the main living area.
- Outdoor Kitchenette: Prepare light meals and snacks in the outdoor kitchenette.
- Bathroom: A convenient bathroom is located off the living area.
- Outdoor Terrace: Relax and enjoy the fresh air on the small outdoor terrace, complete with a table, chairs, and an additional external shower.
- Air Conditioning: Stay comfortable with two air conditioning units.
